Circumstances: Karla did not attend school, but may have been seen by playmates at approximately 7:00 p.m. on October 20, 1999, in the area of the 800 block of Bonita. Anyone with information about Karla or any suspicious persons or vehicles in the area is asked to call. Karla's picture is shown age progressed to 14 years by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
