Circumstances: *NEW REWARD INFORMATION AND PHOTOS OF 10 YEAR MISSING CANDLELIGHT VIGIL POSTED* Vanessa left her home in Winton, California at 7:00 PM and never returned home. Her walking stick was found along the path she normally takes. Vanessa was last seen wearing a light blue dress with an elastic waist and metal buttons. Vanessa's picture is shown age-progressed by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
