Circumstances: Shelby went missing from Snohomish-Machias, Washington on July 26th, 2004. He left all of his possessions behind and has not been seen or heard from since his disappearance. Shelby's photo is shown age progressed to 17 years by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
