Ann may be using the last name Yermak, Saul or Kaplan. Ann Kibalo is wanted for Kidnapping, Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution (UFAP), Custodial Interference and is considered a Missing Person with a Disability. Samantha's photo is shown age progressed to 10 years by the NCMEC.
