Circumstances: Jacob was last seen the evening of October 22, 1989 returning with his brother and a friend from a convenience store. They were stopped by a masked man with a gun about a half mile from his home in St Joseph, Minnesota. The other two boys were let go, but the masked man took Jacob. Neither Jacob nor the man have been seen since. Jacob's photo is shown age-progressed to 29 years by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. |
