Eyes: Brown Hair: Brown, long Other: ½ inch scar on inside of left elbow.

Circumstances: Lisa was last seen leaving a party at around 11:00 PM. She was last seen wearing a long grey sweatshirt, blue jeans, white socks, and black Fila sandals. She also had on 3 gold chains, 1 had her name on it, 1 had #15 on it and the other was plain gold. 7 to 8 rings are on her fingers. To the rehearsal party she took her dark blue, long velvet dress, slit on side, with a criss cross back & low cut neck. The black dress shoes she also took to the party were found on Highway 4 in Antioch the next morning. |

Date Seen: 11/6/98 between 11:00 and 11:30pm Age: 20 to 30 years old Race: Caucasian Sex: Male Height: 5’ 10” to 5’ 11” Build: Big Hair: Dirty Blonde, wavy on the sides Other: Subject was nicely dressed and had no facial hair.
Lisa Norrell was last seen leaving IDES Hall, located at 111 W. 10th Street in Antioch, CA on Friday, November 6, 1998 between 10:00 and 10:30 pm. She was presumably walking home to her residence in Pittsburg along the Pittsburg/Antioch Highway.
A witness has placed the subject in the police composite in close proximity to Lisa Norrell on Friday, November 6, 1998 between 11:00 and 11:30 pm. It is believed that he may have information that could lead to the arrest of the person or persons involved in Lisa's murder.
This subject is not a suspect in the investigation.
