Circumstances: Amanda was discovered missing from her bedroom on September 11, 1998. On September 16, 1999, a jury recommended that Willie Crain, Amanda's mother's boyfriend, be given the death penalty. On November 2, 1999, the judge upheld the ruling and Crain now sits on death row. Amanda has not yet been found. |
