Race: Hispanic
Height: 5'5" - 5'10"
Build: Stocky
Complexion: Clear
Hair: Dark, worn short and messy
Facial Hair: Dark thick mustache, slightly over upper lip
Jewelry: Gold
Other: Was wearing a dark shirt over a white t-shirt and dark pants. 

Circumstances: At 6:00am on November 23, 1998, a 17 year old Petaluma Resident left her home to go jogging. While running on East Madison Street, she was forced into a vehicle and then taken to a remote area off of Lynch Creek Road. She was able to escape from her captors and returned home safely. Anyone having information about this crime is asked to contact Det. Gene Wallace at the Petaluma Police Department.

Age: 30 - 40 years
Race: Hispanic
Height: 5'8" - 6'2"
Build: Medium, muscular and fit
Hair: Dark, worn long in a ponytail to the middle of his shoulders.
Facial Hair: Clean shaven, but skin is badly pock marked and has additional active acne.
Jewelry: Wearing a gold chain necklace, large gold rings on his right hand middle and ring fingers, and one thin gold ring on his left hand ring finger. He may have also been wearing a gold bracelet.
Other: Was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans with white Nike shoes.
