Other: Omar has a brown oblong birthmark above his navel. He sucks his two middle fingers on his right hand.

Circumstances: Omar was traveling with his family from Chandler, AZ to their home in Mexico. They stopped at a church to lead services and last saw Omar playing out front with six or seven other children. He was led away by the adult male described here. Omar's photo is shown age-progressed to 10 years by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
