Circumstances: Dakota was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Raquel Diego Lopez Hamilton, on December 8, 1996. A felony warrant was issued for the abductor on September 5, 2001. They may have left the country and may have traveled to Spain. Dakota’s photo was taken in June 2004.
