Circumstances: Miranda was abducted on October 31, 1998 by her non-custodial father, Clements “Iwan” Budiman. A felony Kidnapping warrant was issued for the abductor on July 20, 1999. They may have traveled to Indonesia. Age Progression to seventeen years by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
