Circumstances: Kevin was not returned on April 2, 2004 from visitation with his non-custodial mother. They may have traveled to San Francisco, California or Mexico. On May 21st, 2004 a warrant for Child Abduction was issued for the abductor. Kevin's picture is shown age-progressed to 11 years by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
