Circumstances: Keisuke was abducted by his non-custodial mother on June 16, 2008 from Santa Ana, California. An FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant has ben issued for Reiko on september 15, 2008. The may have traveled out of the country to Japan.
