Circumstances: Janette and Joceline were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Herminia Pech. A felony warrant was issued for the abductor on October 16, 2001. They may have traveled to Chumayel, Yucatan Mexico. Joceline's photo is shown age-progressed to 11 years and Janette's is shown age-progressed to 14 years by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
