Circumstances: Damaris was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Chrystal Lopez, on December 10, 2008. A federal warrant for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution was issued on January 13, 2009. They may have traveled to Mexico. Damaris' picture is shown age progressed to 11 years by NCMEC.
