Circumstances: Abby and her mother, Jennifer Blagg, were last seen at their home in Grand Junction, Colorado on November 12, 2001 between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The remains of Jennifer Blagg were discovered in a Grand Junction landfill in June of 2002. Jennifer's death has been ruled a homicide. Abby's picture is shown age-progressed to 13 years by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. |
