Circumstances: Melissa was abducted by her non-custodial mother on March 16, 2006 from Los Angeles, California. A Child Abduction warrant and a felony Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant have been issued for Ryoko. They may have traveled out of the country to Saitama, Japan. Melissa's picture is shown age-progressed to 5 years by NCMEC.
